Posted by: brosforever

Hello family and friends,Ipray all is going well in your families and that this letter finds everyone blessed andhighly favored.

We have been pretty busy during this holiday season enjoying some much needed time with our families. We closed out the month of December in Florida. What a great time we had in Lake City,FL. It was a great way to close out the year. There were twopeople saved that morning. Onewas a 14yr old girl and the other was a65 yr old man.Gary left for California onMon Dec 14 for theChristmas break. He had to leave a day earlydue to ice stormsthat were coming through the area on Tuesday.I talked to him today and he has hadfour services since being back in CA and he reported that there have beenmany people saved, many healings and countless deliverances inHis services. God is moving in a mighty way in CA. He will be backhome on Jan 5thand our first service back is Jan 11th at KetronUMC.We won't be making the cruise that we had scheduled in Jan 2009. Our apologies to all who are going and that expected us to be there. Our finances just would not allow us to make the trip. We are saddned but God has placed us at Ketron Memorial on Jan 11th to preach and sing and we trust that is were God wanted us to be.Also we have a big announcement for those that don't already know through the media sources in Gospel Music.

We have a brand new tenor singer. His name is Chris Higginbottom and he is from San Diego, CA.

Christian singer/musician Chris Higginbottom is passionate about using his musical gifts for the glory of God and to spread the message of Jesus Christ. With an extensive background in music - he has been involved in various aspects of church music since age 7. In addition to his solo music work, Chris was the tenor for The AQUA Touring Group, a quartet with whom he has toured extensively. As a result of his ongoing music ministry, Chris recorded his debut CD entitled Higher Place, released in 2006. Whether ministering in various venues or at public events, or whether at home, in San Diego, with his wife and children, Chris is walking the path that God has prepared for him, with a true desire to serve the Lord who loved him first.

He flew out for his first service with us on Dec 7th. He is an incredible piano player and very anointed! We broke him in at Annease Drive Praise and Worship Center. WOW what a service!!!! The anointing was so unreal.

He will be flying in to sing with us when he can and until he can get moved, Mitch Canter from Kingsport, TN will be filling in with us. Be sure to go to www.myspace.com/brothersforevermusic and check out the video of Chris singing with us in North Carolina. We will be heading into the studio at the end of Jan to record a new CD of favorites. Songs like "The Blind Man Saw It All", "Loving God", and "Jesus On The Mainline" just to name a few.I big "Happy New Year" to you all from Brothers Forever.

Till next year

Curtis, Gary, Chris
